Key Requirements
- 7-10 years experience in a commercial bank.
- Masters degree or equivalent experience in accounting, business accounting or finance.
- Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage (CFA, ACA).
- Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
- Working knowledge of how to raise capital outside traditional lines
- Excellent leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
